Returns Policy
All sales are final, and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
We are most happy to assist you with choosing a product so please feel free to reach out to our friendly team prior to purchase if you are unsure about an item and we will assist with any questions you may have.
Should you receive your order and the product is not suitable, you are most welcome to return or exchange it.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be returned in original, unused condition, with all packaging intact and 'as new' within 15 days of purchase/receiving the item.
We offer store credit only for returns. We do not offer refunds.
Returns can be received via post or you may return or exchange the product instore.
Please note: An exchange of a shipped item will involved a new postage cost of shipping the new item to you.
If requesting a store credit, this will be generated once the returned item has been received and inspected. The credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Credit notes cannot be used with any other discounts.
Faulty Items
In the unfortunate event you receive an item you believe is faulty or incorrect, please email us within 10 days of receiving the item with a description and photos and we will get back to you as soon as possible to rectify the situation.
6-12 Months replacement or repair guarantee applies to all products that are proven to be defective. This does not include general wear and tear (including batteries), user operational error or change of mind. We will repair or replace the item if faulty. If the item is out of stock we can offer a money back option.
If you have a warranty claim (e.g. a manufacturing fault), please email us with your name, order number, description of the fault and clear photos or video of the faulty item so we can resolve for you as soon as possible.
We also offer technical support on all our products even when the warranty period has expired. Don't hesitate to contact us for any questions.
