Shipping within Australia 

General Shipping Information

Packages are generally dispatched by the next business day (not including weekends or public holidays) **Please be aware we are shipping from WA and packages to the Eastern States are Long Haul Packages. Also take note of W.A. public holidays that may affect our dispatching days**.  All packages include tracking and are well packed to protect the purchased items.

Please check your postal address is correct before completing your purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct delivery address. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address when completing your order, a redelivery cost will be charged prior to us reshipping your package. If you notice an error upon submitting your order contact us ASAP (by phone or email) and if your order has not yet been shipped we can correct the address without incurring any fees.

All our products are stored locally, with us, in W.A.  We dispatch your order ASAP to make sure it arrives to you as fast as the postal service will allow. All orders come with transportation warranty included.

Shipping amount is generally $11.95 flat rate shipping Australia wide regardless of item quantity (bulky and/or heavy items incur a higher postage rate, calculated at checkout). Combine more products to save on shipping costs. 

PLEASE NOTE AT TIMES SHIPPING ESTIMATES MIGHT BE AFFECTED BY LIMITATIONS OF THE SHIPPING COMPANIES- This is out of our control. We do our best to get your items out to you in a timely manner.

**SHIPPING TIMES MAY EXCEED STANDARD SHIPPING ESTIMATES**

Approximate Standard shipping times for Western Australia are 2-5 business days, Other states approximately 5-10 business days depending on your location (Rural shipping may be longer than 10 business days). Express shipping approx. 1-2 business days for Western Australia & 2-3 business days for other states. Pease note: These times are based on shipping carrier approximate delivery times. Delivery times tend to increase over busy periods such as Christmas.

*Bulky and/or heavy items can not be delivered to PO boxes or parcel lockers due to the shipping carrier used to ship these items* 

Free local pick is available in Western Australia (from the Beeliar area).  Contact us to arrange a visit/collection time.

International Shipping (Outside of Australia): We currently do not ship out of Australia

Warranty

6-12 Months replacement or repair and money back guarantee applies to all products that are proven to be defective. This does not include general wear and tear (including batteries), user operation error or change of mind. We will repair or replace the item if faulty. If the item is out of stock we can offer a money back option.     

If you notice your product is faulty, contact us through email or phone as soon as possible with your name, order number, description of fault and a photo of the faulty item so we can resolve for you as soon as possible.

We also offer technical support on all our products even when the warranty period has expired.
